Yes, permits exist to protect you, the client. As certified contractors, we know what papers need to be filed and what permits need to be obtained. We have established relationships with many Connecticut town building departments and will handle everything for your project - start to finish.
Your project will be managed and lead by Eric Corriveau, Owner , Manager and Lead Carpenter at Corri Builders. We do work with vetted, licensed, specialized subcontractors on as needed basis based on the type of work needed. A partial list of our trusted partners can be found here.
First, Eric will meet you at your property to get to know you and discuss the vision you have for your project (or help you develop one). He will also discuss your budget, timeline and, if need be, the possibility of involving architects. He will take measurements and explore the possibilities for your space within your budget. Eric will then work on a formal quote where the scope of work will be well detailed with terms and conditions & payment schedule included.
Work is typically completed Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasionally we may request to work earlier and/or later but will only do so upon client approval.
Eric and team have extensive experience with all aspects of building and remodeling. We most likely have completed a project similar to yours in the past but CONTACT US to learn more!
We take great pride in exceptional levels of build quality and client service. To enable this, we typically only take on 3-4 jobs at a time. These jobs are purposefully staggered to flow just right. Parallel jobs will never impact your project or timeline.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured with worker’s (workman's) compensation and liability insurance.
